Methodology note

Bellingham's Chart of Accounts shows Fund 172 (Beyond Greenways) as CLOSED and Fund 173 (Greenways 3) as the current capital-projects fund. The Greenways V levy renewal in 2023 may have created Fund 174 or remained in 173 — the fund's GL key for 2024-2026 transactions will confirm. Real Record will update as this becomes documented.

Sources: Bellingham adopted budgets and Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFRs); Chart of Accounts; Real Briefings meeting coverage. Real Record renders the published fund data in plain language; we don't change the numbers. Where the source publishes a different classification than ours, both are shown.
